| Probationary Period | 6 Months | ||||||||||
| The first six (6) months of your employment with HHM will constitute a probationary period. During this period, we will assess your ability to perform the responsibility of your position. Your ability to comply with the organization requirements and your ability to work harmoniously. | |||||||||||
| Remunerations |
Salary will be paid during the following month by direct deposit. Salaries are reviewed on an annual basis and your eligibility for an increase will be determined in accordance with the Company's Performance and Salary review policies. All Salary information is to be kept confidential or Disciplinary action will be taken. |

| Required Documents | Passport, Picture (1 pcs. Passport Size), Curriculum Vitae, Diploma UAE Certified | ||||||||||
| Working Hours | Your working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Working Hours can be agreed with Management based on project requirements and to satisfy operational requirements. | ||||||||||
| Statutory Holidays | UAE Statutory Holiday. | ||||||||||
| Vacation | The employee will be entitled to Annual Leave in accordance to UAE Labour Law (30 days). Vacation leaves must be taken at times acceptable to Management having regard to optional requirements of your department. Employee shall not take the annual holidays all at once, rather shall not take in single leave more than 15 days. | ||||||||||
| End of Service | The employee will be entitled to End of Service Benefits in accordance with UAE Labor Law. | ||||||||||
| Sick Leave | The employee will be entitled for sick leave as per UAE Labour Law. | ||||||||||
| Residence Visa | Residence Visa is provided to the employee at the Company's cost under the condition that the appropriate documentation is made available and meets requirements of UAE Labor Law. | ||||||||||
| Health Insurance | Employee will be rolled on the company Insurance Policy for healthcare. |
The remuneration package described under Living Allowance in (2) above includes Allowances for accommodation.
The employee agrees to establish his own tax status and to indemnify and save harmless the Company from any liability arising under the Income Tax Act of his home country.
If the employee wishes to leave, he should give his / her resignation in writing to the management. The Management has the rights to keep him/her up to maximum 1 months from the date of submitting his resignation to find proper replacement.
The employee agrees to be bound by the Company's standard provisions of Confidentiality of business information and for assignment of copyright.
This agreement is and shall be governed in all respect by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties also agree that the Courts in the United Arab Emirates shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any action or other legal proceedings related to the terms of this employment of the employee.
Any Documents, Emails, Procedure's devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment's, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items created by during the course of your employment, are considered Employer's property and will remain as employer property throughout the term of the employment. At the time of leaving the employ of the Company, the Employee will deliver to the Company (and will not keep in his/her possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, equipment, other documents or property, or reproduction of any aforementioned items developed by the employee pursuant to his/her employment with the Company or otherwise belonging to the Company, its successors or assigns. Proper handing must be observed by the Employee at the start and end of service with the company.
